Tubi announces new Original horror film ‘Bury the Bride’ premiering April 22

Tubi, Fox Corporation’s free streaming service, invites you to a bachelorette party to die for with the April 22 premiere of its latest Tubi Original, the horror film Bury the Bride.

Bride-to-be June’s bachelorette getaway turns deadly when her blood-thirsty fiancé and his backwoods friends show up to crash the party. What follows becomes a living nightmare of unholy proportions as June, her sister Sadie and their closest friends fight for their lives, and avenge the ones who don’t make it through the night.

The film stars Krsy Fox (“Allegoria”), Scout Taylor-Compton (Rob Zombie’s “Halloween”), Dylan Rourke (“Send It!”), and Chaz Bono (“American Horror Story”). It was directed by Spider One (“Allegoria”) and written by Krsy Fox and Spider One. View the trailer below.

Bury the Bride follows in the footsteps of previous Tubi Originals like The Furies, Possessor, and Let’s Scare Julie to offer horror fans a chilling new entry in the slasher genre. Early reviews praise the over-the-top gory kills and campy humor on display. Director Spider One indicates the film is an homage to 80’s splatter slashers and horror comedies like Evil Dead 2 and Re-Animator.
