The bone-chilling trailer for the upcoming body horror film Wolfkin has just been unleashed, offering a first look at the terror in store.
Directed by Jacques Molitor and starring Louise Manteau, Victor Dieu, and Marja-Leena Junker, Wolfkin follows a single mother named Elaine who becomes disturbed by her son Martin’s increasingly aggressive behavior and physical changes. Desperate to understand what is happening to her son, Elaine travels to the small town of Luxembourg to visit Martin’s late father’s estranged family, where she uncovers a dark and violent secret.
Elaine soon realizes Martin is transforming into a dangerous beast similar to his ancestors. As Martin falls further under the sway of his primordial instincts, Elaine is forced into a frantic fight to save her son’s humanity and future before he fully transforms. With Martin’s monstrous heritage threatening to consume him, Elaine finds herself battling against forces of evil that seek to corrupt her child.
Known for its shocking practical creature effects, Wolfkin is being likened to classic body horror films like Let The Right One In and Hatching. Combining an emotionally fraught family drama with old-school monster movie thrills and violence, Wolfkin aims to put a modern spin on timeless folklore.

After successful festival screenings at Frightfest and MotelX, the distribution company Uncork’d Entertainment acquired the film for a summer release.
