TUBI REVEALS “TERROR ON TUBI,” WITH MORE THAN 5,000 TITLES AND FOUR ORIGINALS

Tubi plans to host a scary Halloween festival this October, called “Terror on Tubi,” which will launch this October on the streaming service. The streaming service Tubi’s Halloween collection will have over 5,000 horror and paranormal titles available all month long.

Earlier this month, Tubi announced it would begin offering its first original programming this fall as well as featuring programming from FOX Alternative Entertainment (FAE). Tube is featuring a plethora of scary content throughout October, including true crime and paranormal series, including MEET, MARRY, MURDER, hosted by Michelle Trachtenberg (October 6), FAMOUSLY HAUNTED: AMITYVILLE (October 15), CELEBRITY EXORCISM (October 22) and horror film HARLAND MANOR (October 29). There is no cost to access the “Terror on Tubi” content.

“Tubi viewers devour horror titles all year long so we’ve made ‘Terror on Tubi’ extra enticing,” said Tubi Chief Content Officer Adam Lewinson. “With more than 5,000 horror and paranormal titles and four bone-chilling originals, Tubi ramps up its position as a formidable force in horror.”

ORIGINAL “TERROR ON TUBI” PROGRAMMING:

MEET, MARRY, MURDER (October 6), a 13-part true crime series hosted and executive-produced by actress Michelle Trachtenberg (“Gossip Girl”), explores the true stories of people who were murdered by their partners, and features interviews with witnesses to discuss the tragic unions. The series is from FilmRise and FirstLookTV and is executive-produced by Will Hanrahan, Gillian Carter, Danny Fisher and Max Einhorn.

FAMOUSLY HAUNTED: AMITYVILLE (October 15) – When infamous Amityville killer Ronnie Defeo died behind bars this year, social media blew up with a new wave of armchair detectives and paranormal experts obsessed with the real-life horror story that shattered this sleepy Long Island village nearly 50 years ago. The free streaming service from FOX Entertainment will feature 140+ hours of all-new content this fall, including original documentaries from Tubi.
