In the announcement, Reprobed is described as “a complete remake of the original game that adds and improves gameplay while (re-)building in shiny Unreal Engine 4. The remake will be handled by Black Forest Games, who worked on the Destroy All Humans remake.
In Destroy All Humans! 2. Cryptosporidium 137 (the main character from the first game) has died, and has been replaced with Cryptosporidium 138. As a result, the KGB arrived to protect the Soviet Union from the Furons. Furon’s mothership was destroyed, and now Crypto is seeking revenge.
This second installment of the Destroy All Humans! series takes place in 1969, when Crypto is sent on a revenge mission to five new locations: Bay City, Albion, Takoshima, Tunguska, and Solaris.
