Director Andy Serkis, who directed last year’s Venom: Let There Be Carnage, has indicated that he might be open to returning for a third instalment in the symbiote series.
Sony Pictures is trying to extend its Spider-Man film library outside of the Marvel Cinematic Universe following the phenomenal critical and commercial success of Spider-Man: No Way Home. In his debut outing as Eddie Brock and his symbiotic extraterrestrial best buddy, Hardy stunned the globe by generating more over $850 million at the global movie office, along with an 81 percent Audience Score on Rotten Tomatoes An opening weekend gross of $90 million for Venom: Let There Be Carnage three years later has helped the worldwide box office return to prominence. This is a year’s biggest non-No Way Home total for any film.
