June 2025 – Filmmaker Cassie Keet (Scream Therapy) returns with her sophomore feature, Abigail Before Beatrice, a slow-burn psychological thriller exploring the lingering scars of cult trauma. The film will make its World Premiere at the Bentonville Film Festival on June 19, followed by a Virtual Premiere at the Chattanooga Film Festival from June 20-28.
About the Film
Beatrice (Olivia Taylor Dudley, The Magicians) lives in isolation until a former cult member (Riley Dandy) arrives with news: their leader has been released from prison. As buried memories resurface, Beatrice confronts the toxic relationships that once defined her—and the danger of being unable to let go.
