‘Blumhouse’ Announces Virtual Event “BlumFest” to Celebrate Halloween

With many traditional Halloween activities, including trick-or-treating and costume parties being cancelled across the United States and Canada, we are at risk of losing the holiday all together this year.

In light of this possibility, Jason Blum from Blumhouse Productions, is getting ready to celebrate their first ever BlumFest. This virtual event will happen on Thursday, October 29 at 10am PT on Blumhouse’s YouTube channel (http://youtube.com/blumhouseproductions) and Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/blumhouse).

This virtual panel will feature updates, announcements, previews, as well as interviews with some of the cast and crew of the studios upcoming movies, both big screen and PVOD.

Jason Blum, CEO and founder of Blumhouse, released this statement regarding the virtual event:

“This year has sidelined a lot for all of us, but Halloween is a treasured season at Blumhouse, so we conceived BlumFest to celebrate with our fans via a virtual event that will feature exclusive interviews and never-before-seen footage on an upcoming release or two,”

Blumfest will be hosted by Rotten Tomatoes editor, Jacqueline Coley, and will feature panels and special announcements about the following Blumhouse projects:
