Slasher film Happy Death Day was directed by Christopher Landon and written by Scott Lobdell for the 2017 American black comedy slasher flick. With Jessica Rothe and Israel Broussard in the lead roles, It was produced by Blumhouse Productions, together with Digital Riot Media and Vesuvius Productions, in cooperation with Blumhouse Productions. During the course of the story, we follow a college girl who was killed on the night of her birthday and is now haunted by flashbacks of that fateful night.
