‘Halloween Kills’ Final Trailer Released

Forty years ago, the boogeyman came to Haddonfield. Now, he’s back, and the survivors of that fateful night are also back to put a stop to Michael Myers’ reign of terror once and for all as we see in the final trailer for ‘Halloween Kills.’

2018’s ‘Halloween’ ended with Laurie Strode, her daughter Karen, and granddaughter Allyson trapping Michael inside Laurie’s basement before setting the house on fire, leaving him to presumably burn to death.

In this new trailer, we get to see how Michael is regrettably rescued by the fire department before the flames have a chance to engulf him.

Free once again to terrorize the streets of Haddonfield, Michael leaves a trail of victims that leads right back to Myers’ childhood home where it all began.

Now the three Strode women, Lindsey Wallace, Marion Chambers, Tommy Doyle, and the residents of Haddonfield have joined together to stop Michael Myers.

Laurie proclaims, “I want to take his mask off and see the life leave his eyes.”

The trailer ends as a pair of hands struggle to remove the infamous mask from Myers.

The film is setting it up to reveal Michael’s face, which if fans of the original ‘Halloween’ film remember is revealed momentarily after Laurie managed to remove his mask near the end of the film. His face was again shown in ‘Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers’ which this new trilogy has erased from the timeline.

Below is the official description for ‘Halloween Kills.’

“Minutes after Laurie Strode (Curtis), her daughter Karen (Judy Greer) and granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) left masked monster Michael Myers caged and burning in Laurie’s basement, Laurie is rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, believing she finally killed her lifelong tormentor. But when Michael manages to free himself from Laurie’s trap, his ritual bloodbath resumes. As Laurie fights her pain and prepares to defend herself against him, she inspires all of Haddonfield to rise up against their unstoppable monster. The Strode women join a group of other survivors of Michael’s first rampage who decide to take matters into their own hands, forming a vigilante mob that sets out to hunt Michael down, once and for all. Evil dies tonight.”

‘Halloween Kills’ stars Jamie Lee Curtis, Judy Greer, Andi Matichak, Anthony Michael Hall, Kyle Richards, Nancy Stephens, Will Patton, Charles Cyphers, Robert Longstreet, Omar J. Barker, Scott MacArthur, Dylan Arnold, Jibrail Nantambu and James Jude Courtney.

‘Halloween Kills’ will premiere in theaters and on Peacock on October 15.
