The cast of Rob Zombie’s ‘The Munsters’ has been announced.

Rob Zombie’s upcoming reboot of ‘The Munsters’ has finally received cast confirmation after years of speculation, this is great news and confirms many of the rumors that surrounded the casting for the upcoming remake of ‘The Munsters’.

Zombie recently revealed that the set for 1313 Mockingbird Lane was reconstructed from the ground up. He has now revealed the cast.

Lily Munster’s is confirmed to be played by Sheri Moon Zombie.It was excpected to see her take this role as Rob Zombie casts her in all of his films. Since early this summer, Rob Zombie has shared several updates on the Lily Munster project, including her wig and costume.

Jeff Daniel Philips will take on a role as Herman Munster.

Daniel Roebuck will fill the role of Count/Grandpa Munster

This isnt Rob Zombies first row at directing a film, he directed horror films in the early 2000s, including “House of 1000 Corpses,” “The Devil’s Rejects” and the remake of John Carpenter’s “Halloween” and its sequel, “Halloween II”.

Several cast members have not yet been confirmed, but speculation is swirling about Richard Blake, Sylvester McCoy, Jorge Garcia, as well as Cassandra Peterson, who plays Elvira.

Let’s hope that Rob Zombie don’t have a white horse riding around like he did in those Halloween remakes.
