What if the legend of the Blair Witch was real? Would you be brave enough to venture into her woods?
That’s what the folks at Lionsgate Entertainment Corporation and Egan Escape Productions are hoping to find out, as the duo have partnered up once again to bring you an escape experience based on the popular ‘Blair Witch’ franchise.
The new Las Vegas attraction, titled, ‘Escape Blair Witch,’ is described as an immersive, multi-room escape experience that brings to life Lionsgate’s iconic blockbuster film franchise, ‘Blair Witch.’
Guests to the attraction are given the task of trying to help locate a group of local college students who went missing in the Black Hills Forest area.
You start your journey at the Burkittsville Ranger’s Station and eventually work your way through the forest where you inevitably come across an old house in the woods. Soon, you’re faced with the reality that, like the missing students, you, too, have walked into a trap.
Can you find your way out? Or will you become another victim of the Blair Witch?
Adding to the level of tension, the owner of Egan Escape, Jason Egan, stated, “We designed Escape Blair Witch as a ‘speakeasy-style attraction’.”
In a sneak-peek trailer, directed by and starring ‘scream queen’ Danielle Harris, guests have the opportunity to see what terrors lay ahead for those willing to cross the witch’s path, as they witness Harris, Sarah Nicklin, and Mark Lawson wandering through the woods and finding themselves trapped within the grasp of the Blair Witch.
The new attraction will be located within the same facility that houses Lionsgate and Egan Escape’s previous collaboration, ‘The Official Saw Escape: Las Vegas,’ which is officially located at 2121 Industrial Rd., Las Vegas, NV.
The new attraction is now taking reservations, but limited spots are available.
General admission into the event is priced at $45.99 USD. Guests choosing this route will be teamed with other general admission guests up to a maximum of eight.
Guests wishing to have a private experience into the event can select the Private VIP Experience at $65.99 USD per ticket. A minimum of four tickets must be purchased.
For guests looking to go all out, there’s the opportunity to purchase the Private VIP Package, which not only gives you a private experience, but also includes one photo, one hat, and one t-shirt per person. Tickets for this package are priced at $85.99 USD with a minimum purchase of four tickets.
